We offer refunds or replacements for parcels that are damaged upon delivery or lost during transit under the conditions below.
Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your parcel immediately after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your parcel via email.
- Provide clear photos showing the damaged parcel and affected item(s).
- Include your order number and full details when contacting us.
Once your claim has been reviewed and verified, we will:
- Send a replacement item where available, or
- Issue a full refund for the damaged item(s) if a replacement cannot be provided.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost during transit:
- We will notify you as soon as we become aware of the issue.
- An investigation with the courier service will begin immediately.
If the parcel cannot be located within 5 working days after notification, we will:
- Issue a full refund for the lost parcel and its contents.
Exclusions
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Change of mind purchases.
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
- Orders placed with incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
- Unclaimed or abandoned parcels.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
